Ok, so Congress finally passed a law protecting gun manufacturers from lawsuits for gun related injuries and deaths.
Fast food restaurants shouldn't be sued for fat people eating too much.
But, where's the love? Home Builders get nothing from this long-awaited tort reform. We build a house with natural products. Mold? Lawsuit. Wood Floors expand? Lawsuit. Vinyl siding contracts? Lawsuit. It's high time we put our "home ownership matters" actions where our big mouths are.
