The City has released their downtown designs, review and comment, now the question is how will this project be paid for? Will we move ahead with the Business Improvement District? Will the downtown building owners work together and elect a board and pay an annual fee?
Mayor Costas and the City Council have a selling job to do to get these building owners, the same ones who let their downtown deteriorate, to work together and pay for improvements.
