We may have torn down a bunch of other "rights" but it's nice to see that the right to speech is still strong with regards to political signs. I don't like the ACLU, but on this one they got it right.
Valparaiso's sign ordinance stuck down
We've lost our right to give money to whomever we want though.
It's time to strike down McCain Feingold and give us back our right to "speech" with giving money to candidates we agree and support.
